Product Description
1. Various designs of wide and narrow channels and large and small angles are adopt
ed. Under the given pressure drop, through the accurate calculation of fluid flow and
viscosity, the optimal combination mode of plates is obtained to achieve the best NTU
value.
2. The optimized design of the diversion area can effectively prevent the generation of
inefficient heat exchange area, ensure that the fluid can be evenly distributed in the
heat exchange area, minimize the resistance in the diversion area, and use the higher
resistance in the heat exchange area to bring higher effective heat exchange to the
heat exchange area.
3.Different versions are stamped with different pressure levels, combined with excellent molds to ensure minimum mechanical damage and thinning.
4. All plates are subject to PT testing to ensure that each plate has the highest reliability.
